Terms of Service

Agreement to these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and Ovokai, covering your use of the service. By creating an account you accept them.

If you are using Ovokai on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.

Your account

• You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
• You can close your account at any time.

Credits and how they are consumed

Generating a carousel costs 0.6 credit per requested slide, rounded to the nearest whole credit, with a minimum charge of one credit. A five-slide carousel costs three credits and a seven-slide carousel costs four.

Editing slides, reordering them, and exporting to PDF or PNG do not cost credits.

The starter credits included with a free account do not expire. Subscription credits are added at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over into the next one.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.

If a payment fails we may suspend the entitlements of your plan until it is resolved.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Ovokai — prompts, text, brand assets — and of the carousels you generate from them.

You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service: to store your content, send it to our AI providers to produce your carousels, and display it back to you.

You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload, including logos, images, and text belonging to someone else.

AI-generated output

Ovokai produces drafts. Generated text and imagery may contain errors, and similar prompts may produce similar results for different users.

Review and edit anything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you post under your own name or your company's.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ovokai to:

• Create content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written agreement.
• Interfere with the service or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Ovokai available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, change features, or discontinue parts of the product.

If we make a material change that reduces what a paid plan provides, we will tell you in advance.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will contact you first.

On termination your right to use the service ends. You can request an export of your carousels before closing your account.

Liability

Ovokai is provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
